The LM39 Foundation was created from a simple belief:

Every athlete deserves the opportunity to succeed—not only in sports, but in life.

Inspired by the journey of former NFL running back Laurence Maroney, our mission goes beyond the game by equipping athletes with the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.

We believe every athlete has greatness inside of them. Our job is to help them discover it, develop it, and carry it with them long after the final whistle.

Football opened doors I never imagined.

It gave me opportunities, experiences, and a platform to inspire others. But like many athletes, I also experienced the pressure, uncertainty, and life transitions that come with the game.

I created LM39 Foundation because I know talent alone isn't enough.

Young athletes deserve mentors.

They deserve guidance.

They deserve resources.

Most importantly, they deserve someone who believes in them before the world ever knows their name.
